The Group held a towel exercise balance workshop at its Headquarters in Hong Kong, where colleagues learned a series of simple stretching exercises together. The workshop, titled "Joyful @ Healthy Workspace," was co-organized by the Group and the Occupational Safety and Health Council. The council invited students from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science at Hong Kong Baptist University to serve as instructors, conducting interactive warm-up exercises and teaching the use of towels for exercise routines.
