Since 2021, the Group has participated for three consecutive years in the "Job Shadowing Mentorship Programme" organized by the Social Welfare Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Hong Kong SME Development Association, and other organizations in Sham Shui Po District. Ms. Silvia Chan , Executive Director and Group HR and Admin. General Manager, Mr. Brian Ho, Assistant Chairman and Head of Finance and Accounting Department, and Mr. Yip Chi Sing, Senior Manager, Group HR & Sustainability serve as mentors, personally leading grassroots youth participants in work experiences and sharing their struggles and inspiring paths of development.

Through the programme, participants have the opportunity to gain early exposure to the operations of the future business society, understand how their acquired knowledge can be applied in practical work, and receive encouragement from mentors to pursue their aspirations. On the other hand, the Group also gains insights into the needs of the younger generation regarding work and life through the programme, providing direct information to better attract talent or create products that appeal to young people.
